Question: Where is your property located?

Answer: Our property is in the Lifestyle Holidays Resort on Playa Cofresi on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. We are Platinum members of the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and can rent the available accommodations  at the resort and offer a luxury VIP package to our guests.

Question: Where is the nearest airport, and how much will transfer cost?

Answer: POP – Puerto Plata International airport is about 30 minutes away.  There are daily scheduled flights and numerous weekly chartered flights from North America and Europe. Free shuttle transfer will be arranged to/from the resort for all our guests.

Question: Can you send us pictures of the exact Villa/Apartment/Suite we will be staying in?

Answer: Accommodation is allocated upon arrival, we do not know which accommodation is avaialable until you arrive at the resort, but  you can be assured that all accommodation is up to standard and you will receive superb VIP Service.

Question: Is the price per week or per person?

Answer: The accommodation price you pay to us is per week.  The LUXURY ALL INCLUSIVE  fee that you pay when you arrive at the resort is per person per night. (Children half price) and covers all your food and drink. Children under 3 are free.

Question: What is the refund policy?

Answer: Date Alterations to reservations: Please find that once a booking has been confirmed you may only make date alterations where we are given 90 days notice prior to the arrival date. We can accept alterations of 2-3 day movement of the confirmed booking to accommodate flight changes. All alterations are subject to availability and a 90.00 USD service fee.

Cancellation of reservations: Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% service fee accreditation. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will  be forfeited in its entirety.

Question: Is the LUXURY ALL INCLUSIVE fee mandatory?

Answer: Yes it is.

Question: Are there any other charges/fees?

Answer: The only additional fees are for drinks at the Disco, booking Excursions off the resort, your airfare/travel to Puerto Plata, and any tips/gratuities you feel like giving to staff.

Question: Do you have cots/cribs available for children?

Answer: Yes, we can arrange to have cots/cribs set up or you can oversee this at check in.  The staff are very accommodating and you can ask for any thing you need to be brought such as juice or milk.
