We had a great time! It was out first time going to dominican republic. We went as guest and loved it and bought a vacation package and became members. Can’t wait to return. The staff was so nice.
We booked our trip through a shareholder and got top of line treatment and accomodations. The food was all good. The people are sooo happy, very helpful in what was requested,classy, just good people.

My husband and I just returned home after 2 week stay at Lifestyles, as members since 2003, we are always amazed at the improvements to the overall service, beaches and food! every yr The frount line staff are #1, especially Juan at Serenity (always there offering drinks/food etc.), Marisol at Spa (amazing massages!), Security Felix at Harmony (great Spanish teacher ,too), Carmen at the smoothie station (always smiling!). It is very rare to walk by anyone working there and not getting a huge smile & “Hola!”…we stayed at the new added resort in jr suites “Be Live” unexpectedly as Tropical was full….after a bit of “adjusting” we quickly realized that our room was huge and right on the beach within a 1 mintue walk to Lifetsyle resort & new Harmony neach area (great food & ice cream)…my sister also joined us and she raved about the food, service and room also. After she left , we moved to the Presidential suites with newly arrived friends, and were really spoiled! (& has free WiFi) All new restaurants amazing, our favorite was Jazz (excellent rack of lamb) and the Azzul (our friends are shareholders)’s prime rib was better than any 5 star place at home.
My husband and I are travel writers in the DR to do stories and we stayed in the Presidential Suites (altho ours was a single hotel room) at the Lifestyles Vacation Club. Altho we spent most of the time off the resort, what we did see of it was very impressive. The grounds are lovely, the VIP beaches (there are different levels of “access” which we didn’t completely understand) beautiful, the restaurant options are varied and the food surprisingly good; the staff very helpful, altho in general their English was more limited than I would have anticipated. Everything about our experience was of the highest quality — but I don’t know if that changes if one is at one of the less expensive accommodations.
Moi et mon épouse avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Puerto Plata grace a ce site. La chambre, nourritures et le service était excellent. Judy c’est assuré que nous étions bien servis. Les restaurant a la carte tous excellent, le déjeuné buffet merveilleux, les employés fantastique. Ils parlaient presque toute l’anglais et se forcaient pour s’assurer que nous étions bien.
Just got back from 10 beautiful days in Puerto Plata Lifestyles Resort. We were in a 4 bedroom Villa with Pool and superb view of the water. The Resort is wonderful along with excellent Friendly Staff and the food was GREAT. This is my second trip in 2 years and Planning to return next year through Dominican Travel Deals. Judy is always there to help you in any way .
